Position 1: Inside Sales Administrator

Position duties:
  • Introduce HONGFA Value to customers.
  • Phone & E-mail communication and following up with outside Rep or customers direct.
  • Develops sales opportunities by communication with outside sales team identifying potential accounts.
  • Generate and send quotation to outside sales rep or customers.
  • Obtain technical requirement from customers.
  • Providing approved technical information to customers and reps.
  • Schedule sample order.
  • Building sales rapports.
  • Set priority for potential opportunities.
  • Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends; identifying sales opportunities.
  • Closes new accounts by answering telephone, fax, and e-mail inquiries; verifying and entering information.
  • Fills orders by transferring orders to Customer Service Dept.; communicating expected delivery date; explaining stock-outs.
  • Develops extra opportunities by checking customer's buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features.
  • Maintains and improves quality results by following standards, policies and procedures.
  • Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
  • Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Self-motivation.
  • Organizing documents.
  • 4 years College Degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of Electronic Sales Experience.
  • Perfect communication skill.
  • Computer and MS software skill.
  • SAP ERP experience preferred.
  • Maintaining clean working spac
  • Respect associated staffs, keep good relations.
Wage: $20/hour
